Today is April 2nd. In just two months, Mushroom and Anchovy will be released. That is 61 days.

That is... starting to feel pretty dang soon.

I don’t have any major updates for you at this time. I do have some background things I’m working on unrelated to Mushroom and Anchovy that I hope to be able to share with you before long, but suffice to say, 2026 is going to be a pretty big year once the ball gets rolling. Despite the lack of update, I wanted to make sure I touched base as I have promised I would continue to do. Things are still on schedule and on track for our June 2nd release date.

Sidenote: it’s been three years (?!) since the April Fool’s Joke I made with our joke cover. That seems completely unreal, but here we are.

I hope to have more for you next month, but for now, enjoy the former April Fool’s prank, and hopefully you managed to emerge mostly unscathed from yesterday’s shenanigans.
